Order the SCS Lunar Lube before 3pm and we should be able to ship it the same working day (Monday - Friday or 9am Saturday).
Special Delivery is valid for orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm.

Q: When should I apply and re-apply?
A: Applying lubricant to a new puzzle is an easy, cheap, way to extend the lifespan by reducing friction and also improve performance. Re-apply as desired.
Q: Does Lunar mix with other lubricants?
A: Yes! Mix Lunar with any of our other lubricants to create a unique feel.

How long does shipping take? (UK)
Shipping from our UK warehouse to your front door all depends on the time and day you order along with the shipping method you chose at checkout.
As a general rule of thumb, Standard delivery is 3-5 working days and Priority delivery is 1-2 working days.
Remember, Sunday is NOT a working day for Royal mail collections.
If you order past 9am on Saturday then your order will ship on Monday at 3pm.
How long does shipping take? (EU)
Orders to France/Belgium/Ireland/Germany etc... take roughly 5-7 working days and are fully tracked from door to door. Delays are always possible so please do bare this in mind.
We cannot investigate any 'lost' parcel until 10 days have gone by from the estimated date of delivery. (call it 17 working days from the date which you ordered).
It's important to know that all orders shipping to EU member states will NOT have any hidden costs or duty as this is all paid by us 🤩

How quickly do you ship my order?
Monday - Friday: Order before 3pm and in 99% of cases your order will ship the same day (unless you have ordered a premium, setup cube).
Orders placed on Saturday before 9am will ship the same day, orders placed after 9am on Saturday will ship Monday at 3pm when Royal Mail collect.
We work every day Monday to Sunday 365 days a year and will always respond to any questions via email or instagram as soon as we possibly can, be it night or day.
Can I visit you?
We do have a warehouse on the south coast of England, we just ask that you message us in advance as we often pop in and out at different times of the day as we have multiple premises 😎

Do you ship orders on weekends?
We work 7 days a week Monday to Sunday, however, Royal Mail do not. They only collection 3pm Monday-Friday and 9:15am on Saturday.
If you order after 9am Saturday your order will leave us 3pm Monday.
