Imperium Little Magic Square-1 M

Availability: Out of Stock

£21.99

Over the past few months we have invested heavily in bringing our customers some of the best cubes money can buy. We are pleased to announce our Imperium Line of custom cubes.

Here we offer the Imperium Little Magic Square-1 M - A fully magnetic puzzle from YuXin and then professionally setup under our Imperium specification guidelines. Please Note: In an attempt to reduce the waiting time on our Imperium puzzles we are only performing 5-10 solves on each puzzle. Please allow up to 50 solves to ensure adequate lubricant spread.

As we lubricate and magnetise these puzzles from scratch there can be a build time of up to 5 working days. However, we do try to be as quick as possible!

Features

  • Professionally Setup
  • Fully Lubricated (tracks, core & plastic edge to corner contact points)
  • 1-5 minutes scrambling to evenly spread lubricant
  • Full Magnetisation on all puzzles that require it
  • Full inspection on all pieces to ensure no sharp edges or locking points
  • Adjusted & Tensioned to what we deem to be perfect for that cube

What's Included

  • Brand Box (packaging from the factory)
  • Imperium Cube
  • 1 x KewbzUK Cube Stand (white)

All of our twisty puzzles & Rubik's Cubes are brand new. Due to the nature of these puzzles they may become loose after the first hour or so of playing/twisting. Don't be alarmed, most puzzles allow you to 'Re-Adjust' them and set them up exactly as you want them. Simply read our "How to adjust your cube" blog for instructions on how to do this.

Please Note: Not all puzzles allow adjusting.

Completely blew away my expectations

Having previously owned the non-Imperium YLMM and being continually frustrated by how poor squan hardware is compared to other events despite it being arguably the best squan on the market and set up to the best of my ability, I was hesitantly willing to take a shot with a change when a piece broke and I was looking to buy a new one. I was very aware of the fact that i’d be spending over double the price for what appeared to be just a well set up version of the same thing - after all, there is a limit as to how well good lubing and tensioning of the one screw can improve the puzzle, I thought - but squan is my favorite event and I did have the money so i took the chance. Man I am so glad I did. It feels like a different cube somehow - my times have dropped by about 10% and it just turns nicer in every conceivable way compared to the regular YLMM. It corner cuts better somehow despite having modded my old one. A large problem with my old one; the slugishness of doing U and D ended up disappearing on the Imperium version. U and D moves are easily achieved at a tighter tension on my Imperium squan which i could only come anywhere near achieving at the loosest possible tension on my old squan, creating an overall more stable and controllable feel and an end to popping. It feels very very nice and enjoyable to practice on and this niceness has not reduced over the ~1000 solves I have done since i got it yesterday. I am not usually one for writing reviews but it felt an injustice to leave this cube lacking any reviews. If you have the money and are at all serious about squan, I would entirely recommend this one.
