Why we need to collect your data
We collect your data so that we know where to ship your order and for who the order is for.
What data we collect
We ask for your Name, Address, Email Address and Phone Number. The reason we need this information is so we know where to send the order and the receivers name. The reason we collect your Email and Phone Number is so we can send you shipping confirmations and shipping updates, however, we do not require a phone number. If there is a problem with your order we will get hold of you using one of these 2 contact methods.
How your data is stored
Your data is stored in a secure server only when you open an account with us. Customers which choose to checkout as a guest and not create an account will not have there data stored.
Who has access to your data
Only staff members with Administrator access can view and amend your personal data.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data as long as you want us to as it is saved to your account. If you no longer wish to have a customer account with us simply give us a call or email and one of our administrators will securely remove all of your personal data and close your account.
You have the right to ask for your data to be securely deleted from our system or update your data whenever you need. You can also ask to see all of the data we have saved about you at any time.
