Christmas Postage Delays (2018)

We have been advised by Royal Mail that due to the huge traffic going through their network at the moment, there could potentially be a risk of delays in the delivery of some parcels. We have had a few emails stating that we (KewbzUK) have ruined Christmas for a few customers because their orders have not yet arrived, please understand that all orders leave us the same or next working day. If your order has not yet been delivered it is down to Royal Mail and not KewbzUK.
We have been made aware of a few instances of orders purchased on the weekend beginning December 15th which have not yet been delivered. All 1st class delivered should arrive either today (21st) or tomorrow (22nd) for all domestic UK address'.
Please Note: All orders made this weekend where shipped out first thing (8:08am to be precise) on Monday morning. Sadly, once we pass the orders on to Royal Mail it is out of our hands. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders which do not arrive in time for Christmas.

If your order has not yet arrived and you ordered before the 15th of December please get in touch. If the problem was at our end we will very happily compensate all customers with either a partial refund or something similar. If however, the issue is with Royal Mail and postage delays from their end, we cannot do anything.
